There really isn’t that huge of a difference. I have recently been interviewing for a new job and frankly, Gettysburg has been pretty widely recognized (and respected) by my interviewers.
Lehigh campus environment is much more lively and vibrant. And Lafayette will be a great choice if you want a really small campus community and are not much into the school spirit thing.
