Reshade is basically an enhanced version of the default graphique library used by the game (d3d11.dll or dxgi.dll), so when you remove this one, you may need to put the original one. I don't know how GShade handle this, but Reshade is pretty bad at this, so my guess it that your dll were no longer present ....
