Spent way more than the modest $600 for the char griller. My green mountain pellet and wsm are collecting dust the mes40 is now a pid controlled warming box. Baby back ribs below with amazing smoke. I have never had a barrel style grill (like the 980) and I’m concerned about grease management/cleaning. The master built seems like it has some nice upgrades made recently that fixed the initial issues. But I am concerned about the manifold.
