CPU and memory usage are not even close to maxed out. The only case I could see the NVR performing better would be if you used 4 drives in RAID10.

 
There is a nice flow between the cameras and the networking equipment. There is zero config needed for the cameras. Just plug in and click adopt in the Unifi app. Sure there are better cameras and you can use open source software to run your NVR.
