It is 80 ft-lbs for the wheel lug nuts. I'm not sure if that info is in the owner's manual. I have the Haynes manual as well as the Honda shop manual and they both say 80 ft-lbs. I don't retighten them after I have torqued them initially, but it can't hurt. Like.
